E&O Laboratories' customer service team deliver a professional yet personal communication function to the Group’s customer and supplier base, looking after both large and small accounts with the same degree of dedication and responsibility. All in-coming calls are answered by one of the team and directed if required to the relevant department or requested recipient. Sales order processing, delivery tracking, credit control, account queries and product quotations are dealt with on a daily basis.

| James Cassidy Finance / Credit Control James assists with customer service order processing to cover holidays and also helps with the phones during busy times!James has an HND in accounting and works mainly within the finance department. He is responsible for routine credit control, dealing with supplier invoices, generating invoices and allocating customer payments. | Danny Lynch Production Controller Danny joined the E&O team back in 1999 and has worked his way through most of the departments and has a deep understanding of all production issues and has a mind faster than a computer! Danny is in charge of all production scheduling and co-ordinates stock levels of both goods in and out.
