E&O Laboratories Ltd Legionella Growth Supplement (LS0053) is an enrichment supplement used to enhance the isolation of Legionella spp. in combination with Charcoal Yeast Extract (CYE) agar.
CYE Agar formulations are recommended for use in the cultivation and primary isolation of Legionella spp. in water and other samples suspected of containing the bacteria.
