Camplobacter (CCDA) Selective Supplement
E&O Laboratories Ltd Campylobacter (CCDA) Selective Supplement (LS0010) is an antibiotic supplement used to enhance the selective isolation of Campylobacter spp. from clinical, food and environmental samples.

Each vial contains raw materials at a concentration of the following per litre:
| Cefoperazone | 32mg |
| Amphotericin B | 10mg |
To reconstitute he contents of each vial, aseptically add 2ml of Sterile Distilled Water. Close the vial and gently agitate to assist reconstitution. Avoid frothing and add the contents of the vial to an appropriate volume of sterile base medium of choice prepared according to the manufacturer’s instructions and allowed to cool to 45°-50°C. Mix gently but thoroughly and pour aseptically into sterile Petri dishes. Overnight storage at 2°C-8°C is recommended to allow equilibration of the supplement within the medium. For extended storage at 2°C- 8°C plates should be contained in sealed plastic sleeves or similar packing.
